From 19 October 2026, the new owners will operate the practice from a new location. We will provide the new address and booking information as soon as these details are confirmed.
Until then, existing and new patients are welcome to contact the practice on (book appointment link) or 09 379 5767 for appointment information.
You may choose any physiotherapist or healthcare provider. Your existing physiotherapy records will remain securely held by the new owner as custodian, in accordance with the Health Information Privacy Code 2020. You may request access to a copy of your records, or ask for them to be transferred to another provider, by contacting grafton@instituteofsport.co.nz or 09 379 5767.
