Meera earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from The Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R Medical University, India. Initially, she embarked on her career in private practice and an orthopedic hospital in India, gaining extensive knowledge and experience.
Subsequently, she spent nearly a decade in Singapore, contributing her skills to both the public and private sectors. Her roles focused on musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation, utilizing evidence-based practices to optimize recovery from injuries. This involved collaborating within a multidisciplinary team and working closely to help individuals return to their activities and achieve their goals.
Meera places a high value on evidence-based practice and is committed to employing a variety of physiotherapeutic treatments, including manual and mechanical techniques, exercise-based rehabilitation, and electrotherapy modalities. She customizes treatment plans to facilitate the regaining and improvement of body function for each individual.
